How can I know God exists?
Psalm 53:1
The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good.
I like Ray Comfort's answer to this question: When you look at a painting, do you know there is a painter? When you look at a building, do you know that there is a builder? The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good.
Think about it. Do you have to see, smell, hear, or meet the painter to know that there is a painter? Of course not! Just by seeing a painting, we are 100% sure that there is a painter. Same with a building. When you see a building, you know there is a builder. You don't need to see, smell, hear, taste, or touch the builder, you know there is one because you see a building. Just by looking at creation, we know there is a creator. This is a self-evident concept and only those who do not want to accept the logic will claim that this is not good enough evidence, these people are fools.
