The Bible makes it clear that homosexuality is a sin and that homosexuals will not inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). Lieing, stealing, blaspheming, coveting, and commiting adultery are all sins and they are not acceptable. Homosexuality fits right in with sexual immorality and adultery which is without a doubt sin.

When talking to a homosexual, the last thing you want to talk about is their sexual orientation. Just imagine somebody coming up to you and saying "Unless you get rid of your spouse, you are going to Hell." Obviously the person is not going to want to listen to what you have to say. I am not saying that we should deny that homosexuality is wrong or that we should act as though its no big problem but there are so many other things that we can talk to a homosexual about without having to bring up something that for most of them is a sensitive topic. Ask them if they have lied, stolen, blasphemed, coveted, etc. and you are much more likely to have their attention longer.
